Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our Insulation / Peb sales team. The role involves coordinating with customers, internal departments, and the sales team to ensure timely execution of orders, effective communication, and customer satisfaction in the insulation segment.

Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts related to insulation products.

Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and technical submittals.

Coordinate with the procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding product availability, pricing, lead times, and order status.

Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate sales records, order entries, and documentation.

Generate regular sales reports and updates for management.
