Billing Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

• Prepare and process client bills in coordination with project engineers.
• Assist in checking and certifying contractor bills as per project progress.
• Coordinate with site engineers for daily progress reports and work updates.
• Maintain accurate records of work done, billing status, and billing schedules.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments for billing approvals & clarifications.
• Assist in reconciliation of accounts and follow-up for payment collections.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and GST/taxation norms.
• Support the preparation of monthly project MIS reports.
