Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Human Resources Generalist, based in Sikkim. The Human Resources Generalist will oversee and manage HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, and benefits administration. Key responsibilities include developing and enforcing HR policies, onboarding new employees, managing benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
