The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR administration. The role ensures smooth implementation of HR policies and fosters a positive work culture aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances. Support in handling disciplinary actions and counseling sessions.
• Handle payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities.
• Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and HRMS. Manage employee documentation such as offer letters, confirmation, and exit formalities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area.
• 2+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
• Strong knowledge of HR functions and Indian labor laws.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
