Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR functions, employee relations, performance management, HR compliance, and talent acquisition. This role requires someone who can support day-to-day HR operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Manage employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and support performance management and appraisal processes.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Support training and development programs for employee skill enhancement.
• Oversee employee engagement activities and events.
• Maintain attendance and leave records using HRMS or manual systems.
• Assist in payroll processing coordination with payroll team.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and employee analytics.
• Liaise with department heads for manpower planning and other HR support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred)
• 4 to 5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Good understanding of labor laws, HR practices, and employee engagement.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on experience with HR software and MS Office tools.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of HRMS/HRIS tools.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong ethical standards and integrity.
