Job Title: Senior HR Recruiter (Non-IT Domain)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior HR Recruiter with 3 to 6 years of proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in handling the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for non-IT roles — sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and organizational goals.
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Conduct initial telephonic or face-to-face screening to assess candidates' suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads.
• Negotiate salary packages and prepare offer letters.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.
• Stay updated with current hiring trends in non-IT sectors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in non-IT recruitment with end-to-end hiring responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Experience in handling volume hiring and mid to senior-level positions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
