Job Description

We are Hiring for SR HR Recruiter Role Roles & Responsiblities Manage the recruitment and selection process: Oversee the entire hiring process, from job posting to onboarding. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies: Identify and attract top talent to meet the organization's needs. Manage employee performance: Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify development opportunities. Lead employee relations: Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and timely manner. Develop and implement training and development programs: Ensure employees have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
