Job Description

You should have a total of 5+ years of strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, scheduling, and hiring. Your expertise should specifically focus on Embedded & IT Hiring. You must be adept at sourcing profiles from various channels such as portals, social media, and networking platforms. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is essential for managing candidate pipelines and job applications effectively. Your responsibilities will involve handling middle and senior-level requirements across all verticals. It is crucial that you are able to design job descriptions and formulate interview questions that align with the specific requirements of each position. Additionally, you will be expected to assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System. Your role will also require you to plan interview and selection procedures, which include conducting screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are paramount for this position. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, starting from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers. You will need to utilize various sourcing methods, such as job portals, professional networks, social platforms, and referrals, to identify qualified candidates. Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications will be a key part of your role. Collaboration with hiring managers to comprehend their staffing needs, establish job requirements, and develop customized recruitment strategies for each position is essential. You will also be responsible for crafting clear and compelling job descriptions and structuring interview processes, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews. Maintaining an updated candidate database and tracking candidate information through our ATS will be part of your routine tasks. Ensuring prompt and professional communication with candidates regarding job requirements, expectations, interview scheduling, and feedback is crucial. Managing job postings on relevant platforms to attract suitable candidates and coordinating interview schedules between candidates and interview panels are also integral to this role. Regularly generating and submitting reports on recruitment progress, including candidate pipeline, offers, and hiring metrics, will be expected from you.,
