Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to meet organizational staffing needs efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
Ensure timely closure of positions as per manpower plan
Manage offer rollouts and joining formalities
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Follow up with candidates until joining
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
