Job Title: Senior HR Recruiter

Location: Kolkata
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years (Recruitment)
CTC: ₹4,50,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior HR Recruiter who can independently handle end-to-end recruitment processes, manage multiple open positions, and ensure timely onboarding of the right talent. The ideal candidate must have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and proven experience in closing mid to senior-level roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.
• Source candidates through Job Portals, LinkedIn, Networking, References, Social Media, etc.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Negotiate salary, joining date, and release offer letters.
• Manage bulk hiring / niche hiring based on company requirements.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Recruitment (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and market trends.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and close positions within deadlines.
• Experience in hiring for multiple departments/industries preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
