· Designing ethnic wears, Kurti on latest trends . · Should discuss, understand and interpret the needs, ideas and requirements of the customers accurately; consider how the textile will be used and what properties it needs (weight, strength, performance and flammability of the material used) · Gathers the raw materials necessary to build or create the product being developed · Should initiate new product development & Production follow ups. · Work closely with EBO/SIS/Sales head & Support them to achieve product sales target · Market study on women wear on latest trends. · Prepare a cost analysis on the development of a new product · Presentation of new products to Marketing team.
