Your role will also require you to plan interview and selection procedures, which include conducting screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are paramount for this position. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, starting from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers. You will need to utilize various sourcing methods, such as job portals, professional networks, social platforms, and referrals, to identify qualified candidates. Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications will be a key part of your role. Collaboration with hiring managers to comprehend their staffing needs, establish job requirements, and develop customized recruitment strategies for each position is essential. You will also be responsible for crafting clear and compelling job descriptions and structuring interview processes, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews. Maintaining an updated candidate database and tracking candidate information through our ATS will be part of your routine tasks. Ensuring prompt and professional communication with candidates regarding job requirements, expectations, interview scheduling, and feedback is crucial. Managing job postings on relevant platforms to attract suitable candidates and coordinating interview schedules between candidates and interview panels are also integral to this role. Regularly generating and submitting reports on recruitment progress, including candidate pipeline, offers, and hiring metrics, will be expected from you.,
