Job Summary

UrbanStandz Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team in Mysore. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals who are passionate about talent acquisition and want to grow in the HR domain. You’ll play a key role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates to support our expanding workforce.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing & Screening
  • Post job openings on various platforms and manage applications.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
  • Interview Coordination
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with candidates.
  • Documentation & Onboarding
  • Assist in collecting and verifying candidate documents.
  • Support onboarding activities and ensure smooth induction of new hires.
  • Database Management
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Generate reports on hiring status and recruitment metrics.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Employer Branding
  • Promote UrbanStandz Pvt Ltd as an employer of choice through social media and job platforms.
  • Participate in career fairs and campus drives when required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in recruitment or HR (internships count!).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
