Location: Hyderabad, Kothaguda, Hitech city, DHFL Vc Silicon Towers.

Languages Known: Telugu, English, Hindi added advantage

Salary: 27K to 35K

Experience : Must have atleast 1 year experience as a Team leader in Realestate sector

Office timings: 10AM TO 07PM(1 Day will be week off)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Branch Manager to lead our Hyderabad branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the overall branch operations, handling the team, ensuring business growth, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to assign and track team targets, and a focus on both team and individual performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage the entire branch operations.
• Lead, motivate, and guide the branch team to ensure maximum productivity.
• Assign daily/weekly/monthly targets to the team and ensure achievement.
• Take ownership of individual targets along with team performance.
• Monitor lead allocation, follow-ups, and timely closure of leads.
• Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Sales Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong people management and team-handling skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
