Job Title: Sales Team Leader (Ed-tech sales)

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹52,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Incentives: Up to ₹2,00,000 based on performance

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead and motivate a team of 12 counsellors to achieve daily and monthly admission targets.  Maintain minimum 5% team conversion rate.

 Supervise counselling quality, lead follow-ups, and admission closures.

 Manage and grow online student communities across Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.

 Plan and execute webinars, contests, and engagement campaigns with the marketing team.

 Prepare daily Excel & CRM reports on leads, conversions, and ROI.

 Handle escalations or difficult cases calmly and professionally.

Skills Required:

 Excellent English communication and reporting skills.

 Strong command of Excel and CRM tools.

 Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues effectively.

 Proven leadership with sales or admission counselling background.

 Self-driven, target-oriented, and performance-focused.

Performance Metrics:

 Minimum 5% team conversion rate required.

 Incentive up to ₹2 lakh based on admissions and conversion targets achieved.
