Job Title: HR Generalist Location: Greater Kailash -1 New Delhi

Department: Human Resources Reports to: HR Manager / Director of Human Resources Type: Full-time

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection. Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring smooth orientation and integration into the organization. Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity guidelines. Employee Relations Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide guidance on workplace policies and procedures. Support managers in resolving conflicts and addressing performance-related issues. Promote employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Assist in audits and prepare reports as needed. Performance Management Support the performance appraisal process by collecting feedback, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met. Work with leadership to implement employee development and training programs. Compensation & Benefits Assist in administering payroll, benefits enrollment, leave management, and other compensation-related processes. Educate employees about benefits programs and ensure timely resolution of queries. HR Projects & Reporting Participate in HR initiatives and projects aimed at improving processes and employee satisfaction. Prepare HR metrics and reports to provide insights for leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 8 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Preferred Skills: Experience with HR software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP). Certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
