In this role, you will play a vital part in guiding prospective students through the admissions process for our digital marketing programs, ensuring they have all the information needed to make informed decisions. Key Responsibilities: Student Guidance: Provide personalized counseling to prospective students about our digital marketing courses, curriculum, and career opportunities. Application Assistance: Help applicants navigate the admissions process, including application submission, document verification, and follow-up communications. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of applicant interactions and manage data in our CRM system. Collaborative Outreach: Work with the marketing team to implement outreach strategies aimed at attracting potential students. Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective students to answer any questions and encourage enrollment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in admissions, counseling, or customer service, preferably in an educational or training setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
