Educational Counselor

Location: Janakpuri , New Delhi

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Package: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

As an Educational Counsellor, you will play a key role in guiding students and working professionals to understand the importance, scope, and career opportunities in Digital Marketing. You will be responsible for counselling potential learners, explaining the course structure, benefits, and helping them make informed career decisions.

You will act as a bridge between students and the institute, ensuring they receive accurate information and a positive learning experience from inquiry to enrollment.

Key

• Counsel students through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings about Digital Marketing programs.

• Explain the course structure, curriculum, duration, fees, and career outcomes clearly.

• Identify student needs and suggest suitable course options based on their educational background and career goals.

• Maintain and update student databases, follow up with leads, and ensure high conversion rates.

• Assist students throughout the admission and enrollment process.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in Digital Marketing to confidently answer student queries.

• Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to improve student outreach and engagement.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly counseling and enrollment targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Marketing, Business, or Communication preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong understanding or basic knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts.

• Ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with students.

• Good presentation and convincing skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).
