Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Educational Counselor located in Gurugram. The Educational Counselor will provide personalized guidance to students, helping them with educational consulting, career counseling, and decision-making regarding colleges, careers, and academic goals. The position involves conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, guiding students on available options, and offering insights into entrance exams, admissions, and courses. The candidate will also work collaboratively with the team to continually improve services and resources for students.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
• Experience in Career Counseling and deep understanding of education pathways
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to connect with students and guide decision-making
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Empathy, interpersonal abilities, and strong organizational skills are essential
• Prior experience in education or counseling services is a plus
