• Understand learner goals and recommend the right program

• Explain our Super30 Data Analytics Program clearly & confidently

• Build trust, handle queries, and support the enrollment process

• Manage follow-ups, lead pipeline, and daily reporting

• Strong communication & listening skills

• Ability to understand learner needs with empathy

• Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp, and digital tools

• Self-driven, positive attitude, and target-oriented mindset

• Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
