Now, we’re looking for an HR professional who can lead our placement support efforts, build strong collaborations with top companies (including MNCs), and create powerful career pathways for our learners.

🎯 Role Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships with MNCs, startups, and hiring companies for student placements
• Understand student profiles and map them to relevant job roles in analytics and data science
• Coordinate interviews, drive end-to-end placement support, and ensure timely follow-ups
• Organize resume workshops, mock interviews, and job-readiness sessions
• Track placement metrics, success rates, and share weekly reports with internal stakeholders

👤 Ideal Candidate

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition
• Prior experience in EdTech or educational institutions is a plus
• Excellent in communication, coordination & corporate outreach
• Strong interest in career-building, student success, and education
