Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our institute who will manage end-to-end HR operations and also act as the primary point of contact for students regarding their queries, concerns, and placement support. The role requires a proactive, people-oriented professional who can balance HR responsibilities with student engagement and career support activities. Key Responsibilities: Human Resource Management: * Manage recruitment, onboarding, induction, and exit formalities for staff. * Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management. * Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with HR policies. * Coordinate training and development programs for faculty and staff. * Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and ensure a positive work environment. * Support management in policy development and HR documentation. Student Engagement & Query Handling: * Serve as the first point of contact for students’ administrative and academic queries. * Maintain student records and support documentation needs. * Address concerns related to batch changes, attendance, discipline, and certifications. * Ensure smooth communication between students, trainers, and management. Placement Support: * Coordinate with companies for placement opportunities and internships. * Organize campus drives, placement interviews, and career workshops. * Guide students in resume preparation, interview readiness, and career counseling. * Track and maintain placement data and prepare reports for management. * Provide post-placement support and follow-ups with employers and alumni. Skills & Qualifications * Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in an educational institute or training organization. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to multitask and handle student as well as staff-related queries with patience. * Knowledge of HRMS tools, MS Office, and placement coordination activities.
