About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our team and manage day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll support, compliance, and HR administration. This role requires strong people skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, policies, and grievance handling.
• Support payroll by managing attendance, leaves, and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Assist in performance management, training, and career development programs.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain HRIS for accurate data management.
• Coordinate exit processes including exit interviews and F&F settlements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of HR Generalist experience (preferably in retail/interior/furnishing industry).
• Good knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and payroll processes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
