As an HR professional in our company, your role will involve supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. You will be actively involved in recruitment processes, including preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective onboarding plans, developing training and development programs, and assisting in performance management processes. You will also play a key role in supporting management in disciplinary and grievance issues, and maintaining employee records according to policy and legal requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems - Prepare job descriptions, post ads, and manage the hiring process - Create and implement effective onboarding plans - Develop and execute training and development plans - Assist in performance management processes - Support management in disciplinary and grievance issues - Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements - Must have experience of statutory compliance pertaining to broking business - Experience in compensation and rewards, including sales team incentive structure designing - Identify training needs, conduct gap analysis, and plan Individual development plans Qualifications Required: - MBA in HR from a reputed university - BSc/BA in business administration, social studies, or relevant field In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you should have 5-8 years of experience in HR roles. You should also possess skills in MS Office and HRMS, along with outstanding organizational and time-management abilities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, strong ethics, reliability, and the ability to handle employee grievances are essential for this role.
