Role Overview: As an HR professional at Opulence Abodez Realty India, your primary responsibility will be to manage day-to-day HR tasks in our Noida office. This includes developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, personnel management, recruitment support, onboarding, training, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR policies to create a conducive work environment - Manage employee benefits and personnel management efficiently - Maintain accurate employee records and support recruitment efforts - Conduct onboarding and training programs for new hires - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations at all times Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management - Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies - Expertise in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Prior experience in the real estate industry is advantageous - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,
