Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources professional to manage core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll support, and policy compliance. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building a positive work culture and supporting the organization’s strategic goals. Shift time- 3Pm-12Am Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding * Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and offer letters. * Organize and conduct new employee orientations. * Maintain and update employee records and databases. 2. Employee Relations & Engagement * Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns. * Help manage performance reviews and disciplinary actions. * Plan team-building activities and employee engagement programs. 3. HR Operations & Administration * Support payroll processing and attendance tracking. * Maintain HR policies, handbooks, and documentation. * Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. 4. Training & Development * Assist in identifying training needs. * Coordinate with managers and vendors to arrange training sessions. * Track employee development plans. 5. HR Analytics & Reporting * Generate regular reports on HR metrics (e.g., turnover, recruitment progress). * Use HR software for data entry and management. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience in an HR role (more for senior roles). * Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems (e.g., Zoho, BambooHR, SAP). Preferred Skills: * Problem-solving and conflict resolution. * Organizational and multitasking abilities. * Experience in employee engagement or recruitment is a plus.
