Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Executive with at least one year of experience to join our team at CR Consultancy, Palarivattom. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the end-to-end talent acquisition cycle, including strategic sourcing, rigorous candidate evaluation, and precise interview coordination to ensure high-quality hires.
  • Oversee a structured onboarding framework, ensuring new employees experience a seamless transition and are equipped with the essential organizational knowledge.
  • Maintain meticulous HR documentation, employee files, attendance records, and database integrity in alignment with organizational standards.
  • Prepare and administer essential HR communications such as offer letters, employment agreements, policy notices, and performance-related documentation.
  • Provide accurate payroll-related inputs, ensuring adherence to internal timelines and statutory guidelines.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, fostering a collaborative and motivational workplace environment.
  • Address and resolve routine employee concerns with professional discretion, ensuring positive employee relations.
  • Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies, compliance directives, and organizational protocols.
  • Coordinate training programs and developmental activities, ensuring employees receive continuous improvement opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA in Human Resources Management or a master’s degree in HRM (mandatory).
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in HR operations, recruitment, or related functions.
  • Strong command of HR principles, recruitment methodologies, and organizational processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools, and digital recruitment platforms.
  • Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and operate with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a high level of professional discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to foster a positive work environment with a solution-oriented and proactive approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
