HR Executive

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at WeCredit, your primary responsibility will be to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. You will also be responsible for drafting and posting job descriptions, maintaining candidate databases, and updating hiring trackers. Additionally, you will handle documentation for offer letters and pre-joining formalities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding - Drafting and posting job descriptions across various platforms - Screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers - Maintaining candidate databases and updating hiring trackers - Scheduling interviews and providing timely communication to candidates - Handling documentation for offer letters and pre-joining formalities You will also be involved in Policy & Documentation tasks such as: - Assisting in drafting and updating HR policies, SOPs, and process documents - Ensuring timely communication and implementation of updated policies - Maintaining employee files and ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant Furthermore, you will support HR Operations by: - Assisting in onboarding, induction, and exit processes - Coordinating with finance/admin teams for HR-related operations In terms of HR Systems & MIS, you will be responsible for: - Managing and updating HRMS or internal systems with accurate employee data - Maintaining and analyzing HR dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports As part of General HR Support, you will: - Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications - Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns - Support compliance and audit readiness by maintaining necessary records About WeCredit: At WeCredit, we partner with leading NBFCs to provide customers with the best online financial solutions, including quick and hassle-free loans.
