We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates Qualification and Requirements: Graduate or BSc in Human Resources Management OR MBA(Preferred) Knowledge in core Recruiting process Experience: Freshers Female Shift Timing: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM (Should know Hindi fluently) Responsibilities: Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs Screening resumes Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates Administering appropriate company assessments Performing reference and background checks Making recommendations to company hiring managers Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers Following up on the interview process status Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process Staying current on the companys organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations Completing timely reports on employment activity Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees Skills Requirement: HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks. If you have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases Experience with sourcing techniques Understanding of referral programs Solid verbal and written communication skills Sound judgment INTERVIEW MODE: Walk in[f2f]Interview Time 12:30 pm - 9:30 pm venue (interview location) panzer technologies, jubilee hills road no. 36,pillar no 1639 beside Peddamma Gudi metro station, 3rd floor above Fabindia, Hyderabad. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, and employer branding. Assist with HR initiatives such as employee engagement, retention programs, and organizational development. Key Qualifications : Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, with 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and sourcing techniques. Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to handle salary discussions, offer generation, and close candidates effectively. Experience in hiring across a variety of functions, such as IT, marketing, sales, customer service, and operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Ability to assess candidates skills and cultural fit effectively. Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
