Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Executive to join our team, focusing on talent acquisition in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and human resources, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the hospitality sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and potential candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluations to identify the best candidates for various roles.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources, preferably in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS).
