Position Overview

HR Executive


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and draft accurate job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, conduct reference checks, and issue job offers.
  • Facilitate onboarding activities including offer letters, orientations, and smooth new hire integration.


HR Operations:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, attendance tracking, and HRIS administration.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Address employee queries and provide accurate information on HR-related matters.
  • Support payroll processes and coordinate with the finance team as required.


HR Projects & Initiatives:

  • Contribute to HR programs aimed at employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
  • Support initiatives in learning & development, succession planning, and culture-building projects.
  • Participate in organizational effectiveness and employee development strategies.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Human Resources Management, Business Administration

    , or related field.
  • Prior experience in

    HR operations

    and

    talent acquisition

    preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office

    and HRIS tools.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to take on new challenges.
