Position Overview

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and draft accurate job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Screen applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, conduct reference checks, and issue job offers.
Facilitate onboarding activities including offer letters, orientations, and smooth new hire integration.

HR Operations:

Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, attendance tracking, and HRIS administration.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Address employee queries and provide accurate information on HR-related matters.
Support payroll processes and coordinate with the finance team as required.

HR Projects & Initiatives:

Contribute to HR programs aimed at employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
Support initiatives in learning & development, succession planning, and culture-building projects.
Participate in organizational effectiveness and employee development strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in
Human Resources Management, Business Administration
, or related field.
Prior experience in
HR operations
and
talent acquisition
preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in
MS Office
and HRIS tools.
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to take on new challenges.
