Job Title: Area Sales Manager Location: Sector 4, Noida Department: Sales Experience Required: 5+ Years About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and driven Area Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations for our used car sales, refinance, and BT Top-up products across the assigned territory. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, deep experience in managing dealerships, and a proven track record in channel and DSA management. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership & Strategy: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the used car sales, refinance, and BT Top-up product categories. Channel Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key channels (dealerships, DSAs, etc.), ensuring alignment with company goals and consistent performance. DSA & Dealership Management: Manage a network of DSAs and dealerships, ensuring smooth operations, sales growth, and high levels of customer satisfaction. Monitor performance metrics and provide support where needed. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives. Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and coaching. Market Analysis: Continuously monitor the competitive landscape, customer preferences, and industry trends. Provide insights to improve product offerings, sales strategies, and market positioning. Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management. Track and analyze sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions where required. Customer Relationship Management: Ensure effective customer relationship management, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, specifically in used car sales, refinance, or BT top-up products. Previous experience in handling dealerships, DSAs, and channel management is essential. Leadership: Proven experience in leading and motivating a sales team to exceed targets. Strong team management and coaching skills. Channel/DSA Management: Strong understanding and experience in managing DSAs and dealer networks. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from sales data and market trends. Educational Qualifications: A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
