We're seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage financial transactions, maintain ledgers, handle GST filings, and prepare financial reports. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Tally and proficiency in financial management.
- Manage payment processing, ledger maintenance, and GST filings
- Maintain accurate financial records using Tally ERP
- Track and manage company expenses
- Prepare balance sheets and profit & loss statements
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
- Handle TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) compliance, including:
- TDS deduction and collection
- TDS return filing
- Issuance of TDS certificates (Form 16A/16B)
- Reconciliation of TDS data with accounting records
- 5+ years of experience in accounts management
- Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel and Advanced Excel
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST regulations, and TDS provisions
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- CA/ICWA/M.Com/B.Com in Finance or related field
- Experience with accounting software and tax regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax)
