Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
Write job descriptions and post them on various platforms.
Actively search for candidates using various methods like LinkedIn, job portals, placement consultants and employee referrals.
Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Perform initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
Schedule interviews with HODs and manage the interview process.
Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Background and reference checks
Managing employee onboarding processes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate database for future job openings
Promote the company as an employer of choice.
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases
Administration of various benefits such as health insurance, personal accident policy
Continuously learning the new HR processes and adapting the industry best practices.
Employee Engagement Activities

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
3+ years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
