Product Manager

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns, exhibitions and promotional events Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.) Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users Work with seniors to create product plan and roadmaps Incorporate feedback and inputs from customers, partners and in-house team on product strategies and finding ways to expand product market reach Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 2 years of work experience in sales and 2 years of experience in marketing of medical devices / consumable/ Pharma (Gynecology or IVF preferred) Understanding of the industry , particularly in IVF or gynecology Knowledge of market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape Graduate from Science, Pharma stream (B Pharm / BSc-Biotechnology / M Pharm /MSc Biotechnology / B Tech Biotechnology) Good in communication for both verbal / written with negotiation skills.
