HR Executive - Operations

In this role at Hunger Inc., you will be a part of the HR team responsible for fostering a positive workplace environment and ensuring seamless processes for employees in order to deliver delightful experiences to guests. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Employee Lifecycle Management:** You will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes. - **HR Data & Records:** Maintain accurate HRMS records, ensure data confidentiality, and generate reports for management insights. - **Compliance & Policies:** Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, handle employee grievances, and support policy updates. - **Employee Relations & Support:** Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, support managers and employees on HR issues, and organize engagement activities. **Qualifications Required:** - **Experience:** 3+ years of HR operations experience, preferably in hospitality, FMCG, or retail. - **Skills:** Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and Indian labor laws. Proficiency in HRMS systems and MS Office, especially Excel. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. - **Education:** Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. You will work closely with the Manager - HR Operations, the People & Culture team, and operations teams across various locations.
