systems for ready reference. Handling the orientation of new employees, employee engagement activities, and end-to-end exit formalities. Managing the daily operations of the HR department and maintaining HR documentation. Releasing offers and appointment letters to the candidates. Processing full and final settlements. Maintaining P files of all the employees and update trackers. Conducting and closing BGV for the employees within 45 days from the date of initiation.
