Job Description

As an experienced HR Operations professional, you will play a crucial role at vConstruct, a Pune based Construction Technology company. Your primary responsibility will be to manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle. Your strong foundation in HR practices and operational excellence will be key to your success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee records management, and exit formalities. - Maintain HR systems and ensure data integrity in HRMS platforms. - Prepare HR-related reports and analytics (headcount, attrition, leave status, etc.). - Assist in policy administration and communication to employees. - Handle statutory compliance related to labour laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other HR-related compliances. - Coordinate with recruitment, employee engagement, and L&D teams for seamless HR service delivery. - Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR processes, benefits, and policies. - Support the performance appraisal process, documentation, and records. - Facilitate background verification and documentation for new hires. - Identify opportunities to automate and improve HR operational efficiency. **Desired Candidate Profile:** - Bachelors degree required; MBA/PG in HR preferred. - Proven experience (3-5 years) in HR operations or generalist HR roles. - Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Zoho People). - Good knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance. - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
