This opportunity provides aspiring human resources professionals with a structured and immersive experience in core HR functions. Interns will gain practical exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and policy implementation. Under the guidance of experienced HR leaders, interns will contribute to key projects, enhancing their competencies in a corporate environment. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to support the recruitment process. Campus Hiring: Collaborate with academic institutions to drive campus recruitment initiatives, ensuring a pipeline of high-potential talent. Employee Onboarding: Facilitate induction programs, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires. HR Operations: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality. Policy & Compliance: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and implementing HR policies in line with regulatory standards. Employee Engagement: Support initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee satisfaction. Payroll & Attendance Management: Provide administrative support in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management. HR Analytics & Reporting: Conduct research and analyze HR trends to recommend best practices for organizational efficiency. Employee Support: Address general HR inquiries and escalate concerns as necessary. Candidate Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. Proactive mindset with a keen interest in HR functions and industry best practices. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment.
