Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional who can manage both Human Resources functions and serve as an Executive Assistant. This hybrid role requires someone who is proactive, highly organized, discreet, and capable of handling HR operations while also supporting senior leadership with administrative and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and HR databases.
  • Coordinate performance reviews and feedback processes.
  • Administer attendance, leave records, and employee benefits.
  • Handle employee engagement activities, internal communications, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company standards.
  • Support payroll processing and coordinate with finance when needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters.

Executive Assistant (EA) Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior management.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and logistics.
  • Draft and manage correspondence, reports, and other documentation.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and board meeting materials.
  • Organize and prioritize incoming communication and tasks for the executive(s).
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive(s).
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
