Age Limit 24 to 36 Years Educational Qualification Degree/MBA-HR Work Experience 2 to 5 Year’s 1) Good recruiting skills 2) Interview & Joining formalities, Attendance, Documentation Salary Norms 2.2 to 3.2 Lacks/A Spoken Languages English, Telugu & Hindi Written Languages English, Telugu & Hindi Official Visits Depends on Company requirement Skills required  Strong communication skills  Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software/tools (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter).  Employees attendance tracking  Capability in conducting formal interviews  Knowledge on Company rules / Policies & Regulation  Pro active, Self motivated and Influential Generalist - HR Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment process of the organization. Joining & Leavers formalities, Exit interviews. Issue uniform, Shoes, Stationery and minimum stock and its records Maintain employees master and employees files To develop corporate Human Resource policy. Create a climate conducive to a positive response from the members of the company. Employee Development Programs, Team Building, Motivation & Communication. Manpower Planning, Induction training and attaining training feed backs. Preparing monthly attendance sheet, Maintain Leaves applications. To identify and eliminate non value activities. To handle safety & regulatory requirements Maintaining industrial relations. To handle Security-personal and to check them for finding their alertness. To Handle cleaning staff & maintain 5’S activities To provide basic amenities to employees. To distribute minutes of meeting regarding all meetings Monitoring of company Vehicles movement & report, Challans check-up. Any other responsibilities assigned by company from time to time. Authorities: To take decisions on personal related activities. To take decisions on changes in admin activities. To take decisions on irregularities related to time & attendance.
