HR Executive Assistant

As a Training and Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement training strategies that are in line with the organizational goals. You will be required to conduct training needs assessments across various departments by using job analysis, performance metrics, and employee feedback. Designing, delivering, and managing various training programs such as leadership development, soft skills, technical training, onboarding, and compliance programs will be a crucial part of your role. You will also be responsible for selecting and managing relationships with external training vendors and consultants to ensure effective delivery of programs. An important aspect of your job will be to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using key performance indicators and manage learning management systems. It will also be your responsibility to monitor training budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness. In addition, you will provide coaching and support to team members and functional managers to foster a strong learning culture within the organization. Leading and mentoring a team of training professionals or executives will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will play a key role in supporting succession planning and talent development initiatives within the organization.
