Job Description

Spearheaded the end-to-end process of Training & Development , including identification of training needs , program design , effective delivery , and evaluation of learning outcomes , aligned with organizational goals. Conducted competency mapping and gap analysis across all employee levels to plan targeted learning interventions and enhance workforce capabilities. Successfully planned, budgeted, and organized customized training programs in collaboration with both internal resources and external training partners/agencies. Designed and executed comprehensive onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth integration and faster productivity of new employees. Arranged and coordinated in-house technical, behavioral, and compliance-based training sessions , ensuring maximum participation and engagement. Developed and maintained comprehensive training records , including Skill Matrix , attendance logs , training feedback , and On-the-Job Training (OJT) reports for continuous tracking and analysis. Implemented post-training evaluation methods to assess training effectiveness (Level 1–3 of Kirkpatrick Model) and drive continuous improvement in learning strategies. Played a key role in enhancing training ROI by aligning learning objectives with performance outcomes and business priorities.
