Job Description:
We are seeking a Non-IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for non-technical roles across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions for various non-IT roles.
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases.
Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Proficiency in using job portals and recruitment tools.
