Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage complete recruitment activities.
  2. Oversee HR/Admin processes, including onboarding/joining, training, reliving, and documentation.
  3. Manage and ensure compliances.
  4. Maintain and update all records required for HR/Admin and compliance.
  5. Liaise with statutory bodies, authorities, and external stakeholders for HR/Admin-related matters.
  6. Implement HR policies and ensure alignment with company standards and legal requirements.
  7. Act as the central point of contact for HR/Admin queries at both locations.

Preferred candidate profile:

  1. Strong knowledge of HR Operations and compliance.
  2. Proven track record in recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and statutory compliance.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Ability to independently handle HR/Admin operations.
  5. Proficiency with HRMS software and MS Office applications.

Nature/ Attitude:

  1. Must be obedient and good in compliance.
  2. Smiling in nature adaptable to changing requirement.
  3. Can work for the growth of the company.
  4. Whose First priority is work.
  5. Must be of Good Character and disciplined.
