Job Description

Role Overview: The HR Divisional Management Specialist at Deutsche Bank, Bangalore, India, is responsible for overseeing a wide range of HR governance and compliance activities. You will play a key role in financial planning, reporting quality and performance metrics, infrastructure service delivery, and supplier negotiations. Additionally, you will analyze the impact of changes, define policies, and continuously improve processes to ensure consistent and reliable products and services. Key Responsibilities: - Lead internal controls for HR policies, ensure labor law compliance, and manage relationships with statutory authorities - Govern HR vendors through due diligence, performance reviews, and contract management - Drive periodic updates of employee handbooks, HR policies, and procedures - Oversee HR operations governance, monitor SLAs/KPIs, and escalate issues as needed - Advise leadership on regulatory changes and enhance HR governance capability within the team Qualifications Required: - 10 years of experience in operations, finance, governance, or control functions - Understanding of Accounting/Bookkeeping and India Labor Laws - Proficiency in MS Office products - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Experience in managing activities/solutions remotely - Strong advisory, customer service, and performance orientation skills - Proven track record of integrity, fairness, and leadership - Openness to innovation, change, and teamwork Company Details: Deutsche Bank fosters a culture of continuous learning, coaching, and support to help employees excel in their careers.
