Role Overview

The HR cum Admin Manager will be responsible for managing the organizations human resources functions along with overall administrative operations. This role requires a balanced combination of people management, compliance, HR operations, and office administration to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of handling both strategic and operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR data using HRMS software.
  • Handle payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and coordination with payroll vendors
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax, and labor laws
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
  • Drive performance management and appraisal processes
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Prepare HR MIS reports and dashboards for management review
  • Administration:Oversee day-to-day office administration and facilities management
  • Manage vendors related to office maintenance, housekeeping, security, and supplies
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and administrative systems
  • Handle procurement of office supplies and manage administrative budgets
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics when required
  • Maintain records for contracts, licenses, renewals, and statutory documents
  • Support management with administrative planning and coordination

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • 48 years of experience in HR and Administration roles.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS software.Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
