Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
Manage community engagement by responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews on social media channels.
Monitor analytics reports to track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Create high-quality content for social media campaigns, including video editing, graphic designing, and copywriting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into overall marketing efforts.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proficiency in creating engaging content for various formats (text posts, images, videos) using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop & Premiere Pro.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for organic reach optimization.
1-2 years of experience in social media management or a related field.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels.
