Job Title: Social Media Manager

Role Summary

The Social Media Manager will lead the digital presence of all Hi Tours Group divisions Hi Tours, Hi DMC, and Hi Offsite. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end social media activities, driving brand visibility, and creating engaging content tailored to each business unit. Along with core social media management, the role includes influencer marketing, community building, and cross-division brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities

A. Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and manage content calendars for all divisions Hi Tours, Hi DMC, and Hi Offsite.
  • Handle end-to-end content creation including posts, reels, stories, and long-form content.
  • Publish consistent, high-quality content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Monitor platform insights, engagement analytics, and growth metrics to optimize performance.
  • Stay updated with travel industry trends, platform features, and competitor activity.

B. Brand Engagement & Growth

  • Strengthen brand identity through storytelling, visual consistency, and audience-specific messaging.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (product, sales, operations) to highlight offerings and campaigns.
  • Ensure communication across all digital platforms aligns with brand tone and objectives.
  • Build high-engagement content series and monthly campaigns for enhanced visibility.

C. Influencer & Partnership Marketing

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard travel, lifestyle, and corporate influencers aligned with each division.
  • Negotiate collaborations, partnerships, barter deals, and paid promotions.
  • Manage influencer relationships, deliverables, timelines, and post-campaign analytics.
  • Develop influencer strategies for destination launches, MICE campaigns, and property promotions.

D. Community Building

  • Build and nurture an engaged online community of travellers, corporate clients, agents, and brand followers.
  • Manage comments, DMs, inquiries, and community conversations across channels.
  • Strategically create groups, forums, and community touchpoints for networking and brand affinity.
  • Launch engagement activities polls, contests, AMAs, live sessions, event-led interactions.

E. Cross-Division Collaboration

  • Work closely with all Hi Tours divisions to understand product needs and create tailored content.
  • Support brand campaigns, events, launches, destination marketing, and lead-gen initiatives.
  • Coordinate with design, media, and leadership teams for brand approvals and execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or similar fields.
  • 2 to 6 years of experience in Social Media, Influencer Marketing, or Digital Branding.
  • Travel industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends, analytics, algorithms, and content formats.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills.
