Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Inbound Sales Executive to join our Hi Tours division. This role requires a travel professional with a strong background in crafting tailor-made itineraries, preparing costings, and managing end-to-end client interactions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in inbound tourism sales, deep destination knowledge, and a proven ability to manage customer relationships with professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities Sales & Itinerary Design: Develop and convert inbound travel enquiries into confirmed bookings by designing customized, experience-driven itineraries for FITs and Groups. Costing & Quotation Preparation: Create competitive and accurate costings, ensuring profitability while meeting client budgets and expectations. Client Relationship Management: Manage communications with majorly B2B or B2C clients, maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism. Build long-term relationships with repeat and potential clients. End-to-End Booking Coordination: Coordinate with operations, vendors, and DMCs to ensure flawless execution of itineraries and handle any travel modifications or issues. Destination Expertise: Advise clients on the best routes, destinations, accommodation options, and cultural experiences within the Indian Subcontinent. Sales Reporting & Follow-ups: Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, confirmations, and feedback. Ensure timely follow-ups and support post-sale processes. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years experience in Inbound Sales within the travel & tourism industry . Proven track record of successful conversions from inquiry to booking. Strong understanding of costing models, hotel and transport pricing , and ground operations. Expertise in crafting custom itineraries for inbound travelers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Familiarity with reservation systems, CRM tools, and itinerary-building platforms.
